Quinny Warranty Information:

All Quinny pushchairs are sold with a 2 year manufacturing warranty, this warranty guarantee's that all Quinny products are manufactured in accordance with current European safety requirements, and that this product is free from defects in workmanship and material at time of purchase.

If your Quinny product shows a material/manufacturing fault within the warranty period of 24 months (if it has been used normally as described in the user manual), we will comply with the warranty terms and conditions.

If you have any problems please contact us in the first instance.

Your Warranty does not cover any of the following cases
-In case of a use or purpose other than described in the manual.
-If you are unable to produce a proof of purchase, which shows a purchase date with the 24months.
-If any repairs have been carried out by third parties or dealers which are not authorised.
-If the defect is the result of improper or careless use or maintenance, negligence or impact damage to the fabric cover and/or frame.
-If the parts show normal wear and tear that may be expected from daily use of a product (wheels, rotating and moving parts etc).

The warranty becomes effect on the date of purchase
