Leave it to Phil and Teds to change the game and introduce a new concept in the ultra compact class, with the tag line "Why huddle with and umbrella when you can catch a smart ride?"

The Smart is a single stroller with tons of style. It features a 5 point harness for complete restraint, very slick styling, and in handle parking break for quick parking, sun shade hood and large tires with suspension. All this at a featherweight of only 12.3lbs. When not in use, the stroller folds ultra compact and is great for travel. The Phil and Teds Smart represents the biggest change for Phil and Teds strollers in a long while. A better alternative would be any of these Maclaren Strollers.
