Editor's Inglesina Classica Pram Stroller Review:

The Classic Pram by Inglesina is a throw back to class and decadence of yesteryear and symbol of luxury. Forget compact foldability, low weight and high tech options, the Classic Pram stroller is a real throw back to class with some fun. If you're looking to be the envy of the neighborhood and realize this won't be the only stroller you own, consider purchasing the Inglesina Pram.

Aside from its great looks and luxury appeal there was no shock absorbency at all; it was a very bumpy ride, even on our smooth pavement. Forget steering in tight spaces or urban environments. You can't steer this pram without popping it up on its rear tires and pivoting it. Considering most walk require many turns, plan on lifting/pivoting many times throughout your trip. For a stroller in this price range, durability seemed very questionable.

Solid rubber tires and lack of suspension offer a relatively harsh ride, even over bumpy surfaces. We were also surprised at the seats lack of padding, which could have helped smoothing the Classic Pram strollers ride. Rear brakes are foot activated and felt secure.

We found the Inglesina Classica Pram stroller to be way too expensive, offered poor maneuverability, uncomfortable ride and down right unpractical. Purchase the Classic Pram for its looks and occasional use and maybe a couple of classy pictures.
