How to Fold your Maclaren Stroller Step by Step:
Folding the Maclaren Stroller for the first time can be a challenge, not to mention frustrating. The instructions that come with the Maclaren don't offer the best help either. Based on the number of questions we receive on this, we figured we would just do a quick right up explaining the process. Be sure to check out the video at the bottom of the page as well. Once you complete these steps 2 times, you will be a master and folding your stroller in the Maclaren claimed "5 Second Fold".
Unfolding your Maclaren Stroller:
Step 1:
Undo the security clip half-way down the right side of the stoller. It's the large clip shown below:

Step 2:
Lift up handles. The stroller will begin to unfold partially. Complete the process, make sure the rear wheels are on the ground and step on the foot tab shown below until you hear the locking "Click". At this point your Maclaren stroller is completely unfolded and ready for use.

How to Fold your Maclaren Stroller:
Step 1:
Firmly grasp shoulder strap hanging down back of stroller. Give it a quick "Jerk/Tug" up towards your face. You will hear a faint "Click". This is the locking mechanism disengaging.
Step 2:
Along the right side of the stroller you will find another foot tab/lever that sticks out. Step on it to complete the unlocking process. Just a light step and you should hear another "Click".
Step 3:
Push the handlebars down to the ground, towards the font wheels until you hear another "Click". This is the safety click catching the frame and making sure your stroller wont unfold during travel. Now just put the strap over your shoulder and you're ready to go.
