2005 BOB Warranty Return Policy
BOB Trailers Inc. (BOB) strives to supply you with high quality customer service. We can supply you with technical advice and needed small parts, thus avoiding unnecessary shipping costs and delayed service for you and your customers. We do not handle warranty complaints from your customers. We handle warranty issues with you. Once you have communicated to us what the problem is, we will work with you to decide what would be the best way to solve your customers concerns. This may or may not lead to us contacting your customer. You are the dealer that represents our product and we need to work together to ensure that we communicate this to the end consumer.
The following steps must be followed in order for customers to return product:
1. Returns to BOB are allowed for authorized warranty issues ONLY. (Please refer to stroller and trailer manuals for further details.)
2. Contact BOB Customer Service to report a problem with our product:

3. If the problem or warranty issue cannot be resolved via phone, fax, e-mail, or with replacement parts, the return of the product will be considered. Requests for Return Authorization must include BOB part number, BOB part description, and purchase receipt (if retail sale has occurred), and detailed description of the problem. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
4. Our Limited Warranty, as stated in every owner?s manual, does not include freight. The retailer must pay for return freight to BOB. We accept no charge backs, nor return freight fees generated by you, the retailer.
5. Returns must be boxed up in the original BOB packaging with RA# clearly visible on carton. It is your responsibility to assure that the product is protected from damage in return shipment. Ship to:

6. Repairs. In most cases returned product will be repaired by our staff, and rapidly returned to you. BOB reserves the right to determine what product is repaired and what is replaced with new product.
7. No credit memos or replacement product will be supplied unless the above policy procedures are followed by the retailer.
We understand that, as retailers, your own return policies may vary depending on your particular market approach and the competitive nature of your environment. Some of you may offer ?no questions asked? returns. As stated above, returns to BOB are warranty related. We pride ourselves with quality products, and we hope to provide you with outstanding service. Though we consider ourselves generous in what we accept as warranty, we do encourage, and insist upon responsible returns. BOB is dedicated to producing and supplying a quality product that everyone in the distribution channel will be proud to sell and service.
